We’re thrilled to announce that Hamilton County is now officially enrolled in Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library! Thanks to a collaborative effort between our public libraries, CenterPoint Energy Foundation, the Hamilton County Community Foundation, and the Hamilton County Council, families across the county can now register their young children to receive free, high-quality books by mail every month from birth to age five.

About the Program
Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library was founded in 1995 in honor of Dolly’s father, who never learned to read or write. Today, the program mails more than 3 million books each month to children around the world. The program is funded through a partnership between local communities and Dolly Parton’s Dollywood Foundation.
